Prior to joining EIG in January 2023, Mr. Pain worked as an Analyst at Barrenjoey where he focused on mergers and acquisitions as well as strategic advisory assignments for ASX listed companies in the energy and utilities sector. Prior to Barrenjoey, Mr. Pain begun his investment banking career at J.P. Morgan with a focus on the traditional energy sector. He graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Laws and Commerce majoring in Finance.
