Ms. Shakon is a Vice President and member of the capital development team. Prior to joining EIG in 2025, Ms. Shakon was a Vice President with Ridgemont Equity Partners, where she was responsible for institutional investor coverage and investor relations. Previously, Ms. Shakon was at American Infrastructure Funds and BlueBay Asset Management where she focused on capital raising. She started her career out at Mercer Investments and received a B.A. from Northwestern University in Economics and Chinese.
