Ms. Kirmeier is a Vice President and member of the Human Resources team focused on operations, technology, training, and continuous improvement. She joined EIG in 2022 after founding and leading a personal care business for over a decade. Prior to that, Ms. Kirmeier held various roles in the technology consulting industry, including Capgemini and RWD Technologies, working with clients such as Oracle, Boeing, and Mattel. Ms. Kirmeier earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Arizona State University.
