Ms. Mehmi is an Assistant Vice President and Counsel at EIG. Prior to joining EIG in 2023, Ms. Mehmi was an attorney at Sidley Austin LLP. There, she represented private equity firms, venture capital firms, search funds and other corporate clients on a variety of transactions, including venture and growth equity investments, mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Mehmi holds a BA, with distinction, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a JD from Boston College Law School.
