Ms. Smatlak is a Vice President and member of the firm’s finance team. She joined EIG from a company that provides security, medical, and logistics services to companies and government agencies around the world operating in conflict environments, where she worked in their corporate finance team overseeing their headquarter and multitude of foreign subsidiaries. Ms. Smatlak received a B.S. in Accounting from Shenzhen University and a Master’s degree in Accountancy from George Washington University. She is a licensed CPA in Virginia. She is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, and intermediate in Korean.
