Ms. Lee is a Vice President & Compliance Counsel in the Legal and Compliance Department. Prior to joining EIG in 2022, Ms. Lee was an Associate Director, Legal and Compliance at ACON Investments, L.L.C., a Washington, DC-based middle market private equity firm, where she provided legal, regulatory and compliance advice across the organization in support of its U.S., Latin American, and European private equity investment activities. Prior to her time at ACON, Ms. Lee was an Associate Counsel for MERSCORP Holdings, Inc., where she was responsible for advising the company on regulatory and litigation matters. Ms. Lee also previously worked as an Audit Assistant in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania office of Deloitte & Touche LLP. Ms. Lee received a B.S. in Business Administration from La Salle University and a J.D. from The Rutgers School of Law-Camden.
