Mr. Simmons is an associate and a member of the Tax Operations Team. Prior to joining EIG in 2024, Mr. Simmons was a Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he provided tax consulting and compliance services to Asset Management clients within the private equity sector. Mr. Simmons graduated from Elon University with a B.S. in Accounting.
