Ilia Reshetnikov is an Associate and member of the investment team. Prior to joining EIG in March 2024, Mr. Reshetnikov was an Associate at Shorelight Partners where he focused on common and structured equity investments throughout the energy value chain. He began his career as an Investment Banking Associate in the Global Industrials Group at Deutsche Bank. Mr. Reshetnikov received a Bachelor in Economics from Lomonosov Moscow State University and an MSc in Finance from IE Business School.
