Arnaldo Sima is an Analyst and member of the investment team. Prior to joining EIG in March 2023, Mr. Sima worked at Bank of America, Morgan Stanley and BTG Pactual investment banking teams, where he advised a wide range of clients across several industries, including power and infrastructure sectors in the execution of mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions. Mr. Sima received a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo.
