Mr. Knudsen is a Vice President and a member of the investment team. Prior to joining EIG in 2022, Mr. Knudsen was an Associate in the energy investment banking team at Greenhill, where he focused on M&A and Restructuring across the upstream and oilfield services sectors. Previously, Mr. Knudsen worked at Pon Holdings as a Director of Strategy and Corporate development working across their North American industrials investments. Mr. Knudsen received a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark and an MBA from Duke University.
