Ms. Phothisarn is a Vice President and member of the Human Resources team. Prior to joining EIG in August 2019, Ms. Phothisarn was an HR Productivity Manager at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, based in Sydney, Australia. Over twelve years at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, she provided strategic advice and HR assistance through her various roles within HR, including Process Improvement, Global Mobility, Workers Compensation and Payroll. Ms. Phothisarn graduated from Western Sydney University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, minoring in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations. Ms. Phothisarn is also an HR Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
