Senex Energy Limited (Senex) is an Australian oil and gas exploration and production company. Senex has a significant acreage position in two of Australia’s most prolific onshore energy regions, the Cooper Basin and the Surat Basin. In the Cooper Basin, the Company produces around one million barrels of oil annually from over 10 Senex-operated oil fields under a low cost model. The Company holds an acreage position across the South Australian and Queensland Cooper Basin, with approximately 15,000 square kilometers considered prospective for conventional and unconventional (tight) oil and gas. The Company holds various interests, including the western flank of the Cooper Basin, as well as north, south and east of the Moomba processing and transportation hub.
