Plains Offshore Operations Inc., Inc. (POOI), a subsidiary of Freeport-McMoRan Oil and Gas LLC (FM O&G), is jointly-owned by EIG and FM O&G. POOI is focused in the deepwater Gulf of Mexico, and its assets include an interest in the Anadarko-operated Lucius discovery in Keathley Canyon.
