South Texas Midstream, LLC (“STX Midstream”) is a joint venture between EIG and NextEra Energy Partners, L.P. (NYSE: NEP) that owns a portfolio of operational, long-term contracted natural gas pipeline infrastructure assets in Texas, including the NET Mexico Pipeline that provides a source of natural gas transportation for low-cost, US-sourced gas to Mexico.
