Mr. Migliore is a Vice President and member of the ESG Team. He is responsible for ESG investment due diligence and risk identification along with portfolio company engagement and performance management.  Prior to joining EIG in 2023, he worked for KPMG as Director of the ESG and Climate Advisory team where he focused on ESG, EHS, climate due diligence, decarbonization, and ESG reporting for clients in the financial services, oil and gas, and manufacturing sectors. Prior to KPMG, he worked for Langan Engineering and Environmental Resources Management leading their efforts in North America on ESG and EHS due diligence. Mr. Migliore received a B.S. in Environmental Engineering with a focus on Coastal Engineering and Resilience from Louisiana State University.
