EIG is led by its Chief Executive Officer, R. Blair Thomas, who has been a member of the team since 1998, and its President, Randall S. Wade, who has been a member of the team since 1996.

Running a global business is complex and requires a vision of the long-term strategy for the firm as well as the structure and composition of our leadership team. Our Executive Committee is comprised of individuals with diverse backgrounds in industry, finance, law and investment management. Its function is to serve as a sounding board for our Principals and senior management, oversee the implementation of industry best practices on ESG and ILPA guidelines, as well as to help institutionalize the firm and our approach to succession planning. The Executive Committee meets at least quarterly and is charged with oversight of all aspects of General Partner performance.
